A. To be involved in the activities you choose and feel able to do.
Q. How often do I need to attend?
A. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 4pm. This would be discussed at the initial referral and assessment.

A. We provide one to ones and groups of up to five people.
Q. How much does attending the Workshop cost?

A. Yes we have a varied healthy menu that caters for vegetarians and all other tastes. All meals are healthy and cooked from fresh produce at a cost of £2.50 per day.
It is your choice if you have lunch, it is seen as a good time to socialise so you can join us just for coffee or bring your own lunch if you wish.
